Mold production includes one and two component injection molding of plastics, aluminum, etc .; pressing tools for pressing sheet metal parts (cutting, bending, combination tools for TRUMATIC type centers); engraved STAMPING DIES; single-purpose devices; 3D engraving of graphite electrodes; we produce tools for hydraulic, eccentric and manual punching presses, punching, progressive, bending, extrusion, calibrating, etc. press brake and vending machine tools; we also produce engraved dies for pressing tools; machining-small series, piece production; CNC milling and turning; electroerosive machining, wire cutting; grinding tools.
The plastics press injects plastic parts up to 1 kg / 320 t; pressing of two component parts up to 200g / 110t. closing force 110 t; small assemblies.
Plastic injection includes ISO 9001 certified plastic injection; pad and laser printing with 1K Battenfeld and Arburg machines and 2K Ferromatik machine
