c.32, Kacerov 357 51
The village of Kaceřov is located in the Sokolov district at the intersection of three geographical formations: the Ore Mountains, the Chebská and Sokolovská basins.

Kaceřov was created in the process of the colonization of Chebsk and its adjacent areas by the German population in the first quarter of the 13th century. The first written mention is from 1312, when the courts in Kaceřov were assigned to the monastery in Waldsassen.

The current municipality of Kaceřov consists of two residential parts - Kaceřov, which is its center and seat of its self-governing bodies, and Horní Pochlovice. The village has 434 permanent residents.

The most important monument in the village is the castle with farm yard, park and castle pond. There is also a neo-Gothic chapel of St. Anna and a statue of St. Anthony of Padua.
