The village of Stružná is located in the Karlovy Vary Region in the district of Karlovy Vary and currently has 547 permanent residents. It has an area of 1260 hectares and is located at an altitude of 645 m above sea level. The first mention of the settlement dates back to 1378. The village of Stružná also includes the villages of Horní Tašovice, Nová Víska, Peklo and Žalmanov.
