In 1993, in March, the idea arose to try a new challenge in life, and that became entrepreneurship. This was followed by the reading of various advertisements, until an advertisement appeared for the installation of blinds for a Prague company. After participating in the training and paying 300 CZK for two hours of interpretation, I understood that nothing will be free anymore. After borrowing CZK 20, 000 from my parents to buy tools, I got down to business and started visiting factories, offices, schools and other potential customers. After a year, I hired my first employee. In addition to blinds, we added milling window seals, which were in high demand at the time. Whenever we couldn't keep up, I hired another employee. I worked during the day and studied accounting in the evenings.
In the following years, new products were added such as: garage doors, exterior blinds, entrance gates, and after four years it was the right decision to start replacing plastic windows. With this, the car park, which at the beginning was only FIAT UNO, Wartburg, was expanding. I've hired one full-time employee each year.
Most of the employees are still with the company today, and with the various help of part-timers during the year, we still managed the increase in orders. To date, 20 people work in the company.
