The village of Plískov is located about 3 km southwest of the town of Zbiroha and 15 km northeast of the district town of Rokycany. The first written mention of our village comes from 1377, when it was owned by Jan Drahoň of Újezd. In 1585, Plískov was sold to Ladislav the Elder of Lobkovice and thus connected with the Zbiroh estate. At present, 125 inhabitants live in our village. The Koželužka stream flows under the village, which in earlier times was the source of the drive of the mills. The nearest hill is called Bukov and measures 572 m. In the vicinity of Plískov is beautiful nature, suitable not only for recreation but also for permanent residence.
Plískov has been a member of the Polygon association since 1994. This interest association of towns and municipalities in the Rokycany district focuses on the disposal of municipal solid waste.

The village of Plískov rents a hall in the cultural house, which is suitable for various private celebrations, parties with a live band or corporate parties, the capacity of the hall is about 150 people.
