The village of Horní Bělá is located in the district of Plzeň-sever, about 20 km from the regional city of Plzeň. We are part of the Dolní Střela microregion and the Světovina LAG. The territory of the village is divided cadastrally into parts Horní Bělá, Hubenov and Tlucná.
