Krásného 24 Elementary School, located in Brno, offers pupils, in addition to the usual program for basic education with elements of alternative and project teaching, also a curriculum with extended teaching of music education or English, both from the 1st grade. Extended music education helps students develop an active approach through vocal, instrumental, musical movement and listening activities. It develops knowledge, skills and habits that the student acquires at preschool age. Pupils take part in cultural activities, performances and festivals in Brno, other Czech cities or go abroad.
Extended English language teaching is focused on the development of communication skills. In each class with extended English language teaching, one lesson per week is taught from the 3rd year by a native speaker, and there are also intensive outdoor courses and schools with a native speaker. Our goal is for students to reach level A2 and the best B1 in basic education.
We also offer students the opportunity to attend a school club, where they can choose from 22 offered groups (sports, art, cooking, board games, ceramics and more).
