The ECHO trade union is an independent, self-contained, voluntary, open and based on democratic principles, an association of basic and local organizations, which unites without distinction of political affiliation, nationality, religion, race and gender employees from business entities, mainly chemical and pharmaceutical and energy industries, processing oil, rubber and plastics industry and other organizations that show interest in membership of the union.
