The organization provides a year-round residential social service to persons aged 11 and over who have reduced self-sufficiency and a reduced ability or skill to exercise their own rights due to mental disability, whose situation requires regular support from another natural person in the field of nursing and health care. The service is primarily intended for citizens of the capital city of Prague, in case of free capacity also for other citizens of the Central Bohemian region. The services of the Leontýn Home are not intended for persons whose health condition requires the provision of inpatient care in a medical facility, persons who are unable to stay in a social service facility due to an acute infectious or parasitic disease, or persons whose behavior due to a mental disorder would seriously disrupt the collective coexistence (acute alcoholism, drug addiction, people with uncompensated mental disorder, schizophrenia, autism).
