The main business is:
- economic and organizational consulting, in connection with debt collection
- extrajudicial debt collection
- detective and information services
- purchase of receivables
- taking away the object of leasing.
The offered services are carried out on the basis of a valid mandate or (mandatory) contract and a power of attorney issued by the client, where as a mandatary we personally and at our own expense act towards the debtor party and take all necessary and direct steps for a successful out-of-court settlement of claims.
In connection with this, we offer serious information and detective services, all in accordance with the valid legal standards of the Czech Republic. We do not collect advance payments for our activity. We invoice our commission of 20% + VAT, (or as agreed) up to each recovered payment.
