Architectural studio.
The architectural studio en bloc is founded by the architect María Špačková.
The studio offers:
- architectural and urban studies
- complete project documentation for zoning decisions
- complete project documentation for building permits
- complete implementation documentation
- complete interior designs
- complete settlement and procurement of the zoning decision
- complete processing and procurement of building permits
- engineering and budgets
- organization of a tender for a construction contractor
- author's supervision throughout the construction
- technical supervision of the investor for the entire period of construction
- documentation of the actual construction
- cooperation during approval
- technical advice
- elaboration of investment plans as a basis for securing financing of construction plans
- ensuring the complete implementation of constructions.
The studio consists of:
- design team
(architects, civil engineers and technical specialists)
- engineering and administration
(legislation, budgets, project manager and office manager)
- in 2006 expansion with our own construction and implementation team
(construction management, technicians, specialists ..).
