The village of Polerady is located in the Central Bohemian Region in the district of Prague-East. It is located about twenty kilometers northeast of the center of Prague and five kilometers west of the town of Brandys nad Labem-Stara Boleslav.
Currently, 252 inhabitants live in the village.
The first written record of our village dates from 1290.

At the crossroads at the western edge of our village there is an immovable cultural monument - the Baroque Passion.
