Radostín nad Oslavou is a town in the district of Žďár nad Sázavou in the Vysočina Region. It includes the settlement of Zahradiště, the oldest documented mention of which is from 1351. Currently, 935 inhabitants live here.
The first written mention of the village dates from 1390.
In the village there is a municipal library, an elementary school and a kindergarten, the Roman Catholic parish of Radostín nad Oslavou, a cultural center where balls, dance parties, children's carnivals, theater performances and get-togethers organized by the school or afternoon gatherings for our pensioners are organized. There were also dance courses for beginners and advanced students. Last but not least, the Becheráček amateur ensemble from Radostín plays and has its background in the local cultural center, which this year is celebrating the one hundred and tenth anniversary of the amateur theater. The Association of Volunteer Firefighters, the Center for Parents with Children - KOPRETINA, the Czech Gardening Association, the Hunting Association of Radostín nad Oslavou and others also operate here.

A bicycle path passes through the town, which has one stop here, which is "Švomův mlýn". As the name suggests, this is a cycle path that maps the history of milling and is part of a thematic supra-regional cycle route that reaches almost 185 kilometres.
In close proximity to the village of Zahradiště is the Recreation Center Zahradiště, which, thanks to its location on the border of fields and forest, is suitable not only for families with children, but also for schools, organizations, sports teams, outdoor schools or senior citizens.
