The village of Lukov is located in the district of Teplice, consisting of two settlements Lukov and Štěpánov. From the beginning, these villages were independent and from the beginning of the 16th century they became part of the Bílina estate and the princes of Lobkovice. The first written mention of Lukov was made in 1378, when brothers Maněk and Boreš of Lukov exercised their patronage right to the parish church of St. Vavřince in Mirošovice. The fact that the village consists of two settlements is also evidenced by the municipal emblem, which forms a bow with an arrow, which is a sign for Lukov and the laurel wreath is a symbol associated with Štěpánov.
On the square is the Chapel of St. Antonín Paduánský with a bell in the front tower.
