The village of Okřínek is located in the Central Bohemian Region in the flat landscape of the Elbe, about eight kilometers from Poděbrady, Nymburk District. The first written mention of the village dates from 1790. Part of the village is the village Srbce. At present, a total of 170 inhabitants live here.
