Mladějov na Moravě is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It is situated at an altitude of 415 meters above sea level and covers an area of 926 ha. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1365. Today, the village has 437 inhabitants and belongs to the association of municipalities in the Moravian and Jevíčsko.
