The village of Vlastibořice can be found in the southeast of the Liberec district, about 80 km from Prague, 20 km from Liberec, 10 km from Turnov and 12 km from Český Dub.
The village, with its four settlements Jivina, Sedlíštka, Slavíkov and Vlastibořice, represents a typical rural settlement.
The village is located between the Jizera and Lusatian mountains on the edge of the Bohemian Paradise near the Sychrov chateau.
