We offer consulting, organizational and expert services associated with the preparation, implementation and monitoring of investment and non-investment projects co-financed by EU funds, national or other subsidy and grant sources. We will help you with the preparation and implementation of international projects by obtaining a grant or grant to finance them.
We have experience with procurement procedures for supplies, services and construction work. We work according to the instructions and methodologies of the relevant operational programs and internal guidelines of the contracting authorities. We are preparing tendering procedures in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts outside the regime of the Act, both for public contracting authorities and for private companies.
We process documentation from the feasibility study, through documentation for zoning approval, zoning decisions, notifications, for building permits to documentation for construction, including securing the relevant permit. In cooperation with our partners, we provide comprehensive engineering activities for the issuance of permits (geodetic surveying, geology, hydrogeology, static and noise assessment and complete budget work).
