CEREBRUM - Association of people after brain injury and their families is a civic association whose mission is to contribute to the understanding of the issue of brain injury, provide information and especially support citizens who have suffered traumatic or other brain damage, or their family members and caregivers. Since 2007, CEREBRUM has been an active member of the European Confederation of National Associations of Brain Injured Persons (Brain Injured and Families - European Confederation) and at the same time a member of the Society for Cognitive Rehabilitation, which brings together professionals involved in cognitive rehabilitation.
The main goal of CEREBRA is to support citizens after a brain injury and their families in the field of subsequent rehabilitation care, counseling and provision of information and support services for disabled persons. For people after a brain injury, CEREBRUM offers cognitive function training, movement therapy, a support/educational group, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, the basics of working with a computer, job counseling for people with brain damage
