Home for the elderly Krč, founded by the capital city of Prague, provides residential services for the elderly with non-stop operation. Our facility offers social services to seniors with reduced self-sufficiency, mainly due to age, who require regular help from another person and in the home environment can not manage their situation in the long run, even with the help of field social workers or family members. The age category of users are younger seniors aged 65 to 80 years and older seniors aged over 80 years.
The capacity of our facility is 152 beds, of which only 8 rooms are double, the others are single. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, telephone and signaling device. All rooms have a private bathroom and are furnished with modern furniture. The building is located in a pleasant and quiet area full of greenery, it also includes a beautiful garden.

We organize regular and one-time social and cultural events for our clients. Canis therapy is an activity that our residents liked very much, when two cute dog friends regularly come to our facility and under the guidance of an experienced canis assistant they try to please, distract and detach from stereotypes or pain.
