We provide services to seniors who:
- have reached the age of 65 and need support for permanent changes in their health that cannot be provided by their family members or by a care service or other social care service,
- they find themselves in an unfavorable life situation and need a location in the Home. The condition is permanent residence in the Hradec Králové Region or a proven connection to the Hradec Králové Region.
Through our service we provide the following basic activities:
1.Accommodation - our home provides accommodation to 64 users
2.Catering - all-day meals in the range of three main meals and two side meals. The composition of the diet is adapted to the age and health status of users and corresponds to the principles of rational nutrition. It is based on the individual diet of the users
3. Assistance in managing common tasks of personal care - based on the offer of services and individual plans of users with an emphasis on supporting their independence and with regard to their health status
4. Assistance in personal hygiene or provision of conditions for personal hygiene
5. Mediation of contact with the social environment - we emphasize the individual needs and wishes of each user
6.Social-therapeutic and activating activities - rich cultural and hobby program (handicrafts, film screenings, reading, singing and music therapy, canis therapy, baking and cooking, screening of photographs, lectures, knowledge and fun games, memory training), exercises under the guidance of rehabilitation workers and others.
7. Assistance in exercising rights, legitimate interests and in procuring personal matters
