We have been active in the real estate market there for more than 20 years, since 1993, without a single claim or complaint from clients. We work there with verified professional partners who have excellent contacts with the local authorities, banks and notaries - that's why we have no problems in our activities. We provide after-sales service to our clients by mutual agreement.
We work with interested parties individually by searching for real estate according to specified criteria and only then presenting specific real estate offers that match their requirements and possibilities.
We will provide help and support in negotiations about the purchase, necessities with the local reliable bank, including mortgage for part of the purchase price, a certified notary who is the guarantor of the given purchase in Spain, registration and connection of energy and interpretation during all negotiations into Czech!
