The unique Slovak restaurant and cabin Javorník is the only place in Prague and the surrounding area where you can enjoy food prepared according to traditional
recipe of home Slovak cuisine. We invite you to several types of grilled meat, including lamb, brynz gnocchi and four other types of them,
Slovak sheep cheeses, sausages and bacon imported from the High Tatras. We also serve delicious Slovak wines from the Malokarpatska wine terrace
and Golden Pheasant beer. There is also the famous pine tree and HOME TATRA TEA prepared according to an original recipe.
The capacity of the main hall is 55 people. For a more closed or even non-smoking company, we offer two lounges with thematic decoration:
Myslivecký salonek and Sedlácký salonek were created in cooperation with the Museum of the Tatranské National Park in Tatranská Lomnica.
Koliba Javorník is a great place for novel events, from family celebrations with children, romantic memories of stays in the Tatras,
to exuberant parties of all kinds. We understand the versatility of the occasions of your visits and we are ready for it.
The unique Slovak restaurant and cabin Javorník in Prague will also very advantageously organize live dulcimer music for your events.
At the moment, the musicians do not perform regularly with us, but if you are interested, we are of course able to provide a Slovak dulcimer.
But the owner of Koliba Javorník, Mr. Jaroslav Škorík, can take care of the music production himself. A rare flurry in his hands will leave you
without a trace to forget that behind our walls is Prague, throbbing with busy life and hustle and bustle.
