The subject of our activity is the management of apartment buildings for the Association of Unit Owners. The main areas of our activity are: - we propose a reduction in house costs (for large SVJ savings in the order of tens of thousands of CZK/year!) - minimization of costs leads to a reduction in monthly payments for all owners - savings for everyone, - management of the apartment building agenda, - processing of bills for owners, - ensuring readings are carried out, - technical operation of the housing stock, - monitoring debtors and ensuring their prosecution, - creation of an electronic bulletin board of the community of owners for easy publication of information by committee members (highly requested - e.g.: www.p13.xf.cz, committee members can add updates, apartment owners can express their opinions in the discussion, find out who is on duty in the current week, find house rules, association statutes and other important documents). etc.
