The company TVARSTEEL s.r.o. specializes in EDM metal machining. We are a small but highly specialized metalworking company based in Bojkovice near Uherský Brod.

Our team consists of 12 technicians and other employees with many years of experience. Combining our excellent technical knowledge with the use of modern machine technology allows us to achieve the highest quality of manufactured workpieces.

We perform high-precision machine EDM wire cutting on top machines from GF Machining Solutions s.r.o. We have both cutters and punches available.

Several types of CAD / CAM are used for programming and preparation of production, always according to the specific focus of the work, from 2D wire cuts to 4-axis cutting of angular cuts.

Our specialty is high-precision machining of parts and gauges for metrology. In practice, we can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.05, which means that we can replace grinding mainly in places where it is technologically impossible.

Thanks to high flexibility, we are ready to quickly and operatively solve even the most demanding client requirements. At the same time, we are not afraid of larger orders requiring further technological operations or complete production of parts or cutting tools where electro-erosive wire cutting predominates.
