KOVONA SYSTEM a.s. based in Český Těšín in the Czech Republic is focused on customized large-volume metal processing, mechanical production of parts for the furniture industry, the engineering industry and the automotive industry.

KOVONA SYSTEM a.s. is a company from the Czech Republic specializing in custom large-scale metal processing.

We have a long tradition in production, and more recently, we have expanded our production capacities and we currently have over eight hundred employees. Production takes place at 50, 000 m2, on both universal and single-purpose automated workplaces, lines or technological units.

It is mainly about the production of components for the manufacture of furniture or the final product (e.g. adjustable, folding tables and chairs, metal holders etc.), parts for automotive or components for various other products.

Custom production:
- Cutting of profiles, tubes and sheets - cross and longitudinal coil cutting, laser cutting, sawing
- Rolling of closed and open profiles and tubes
- Non-deformation bending of pipes and profiles
- Sheet forming by gradual compression or protection
- Pipe and profile punching
- Automatic threading and use of flowdrill technology
- Resistance and arc welding
- Surface finishing

Our company is successful not only in the domestic market but also in the world markets thanks to technological possibilities, individual approach and complex solution of each component.

At customer's request, metal processing can be supplemented by the application of other materials based on wood and plastics.
