Service Center ITALINOX - dividing, rewinding and brushing line - stainless steel processing

The ITALINOX service center introduces technological innovations in the processing of stainless steel, three production lines for fast and quality delivery in the form of coils or formats.

The first innovation in the technology of stainless steel processing of the ITALINOX service center is the dividing line, which enables the delivery of the formatting of stainless steel in standard formats or customized formats.

The next is a rewinding line for the production of coils. In both cases, the individual layers are interspaced with paper, or provided with a cover foil and lastly a grinding and brushing line with an endless abrasive cloth and a brushing portion which has two rotary brushing heads. The process is again completed with the automatic coating in protective foil.

The goal is high quality and fast delivery to customers and reducing their inventories and hence cost savings and efficient processing and minimizing waste.
