The method of coaching leadership in connection with visual support often finds a solution for further in the future, allows you to meaningfully experience yourself, assumes the willingness and ability to take responsibility for your behavior, actions, yourself. The goal is awareness and expansion of emotional intelligence, the ability to manage one's life in a satisfactory way. The basic working tools are focused conversation and an art artifact. Art education or talent is not a requirement. Working with art techniques enables non-violent insight into current needs. I combine my experience from my own creative work and non-verbal communication with the mentally disabled or people with ASD, the ability to perceive the specifics of artistic expression, a descriptive way of questioning the coach, feedback on the emotional component of the interview, imaginative techniques.
