ČPP Transgas, s.p. is a legal entity conducting business activities with state property in its own name and at its own risk. The founder of a state enterprise is the state. On his behalf, the Ministry of Industry and Trade performs the functions of the founder.
On 31 December 2019, the state enterprise terminated the activities of the administrator in the Nový Cejl complex in Brno Zábrdovice.
From 1.1.2020 provides technical support TZÚ, s.p. to ensure the operation of the complex.
