The design, projection and implementation of wooden buildings is the core activity of our company.
We mainly focus on wooden buildings with a light frame, which are very common these days, as well as timber and half-timbered timber buildings.
The current trend of energy saving and the public's desire for easily accessible and at the same time high-quality individual housing indicate that the system of wooden buildings has great potential in our country.
Advantages of wooden buildings:
- Thanks to quick assembly and quick moving to a new house, you will save several months', sometimes even several years' rent for your current housing
- The construction process of the wooden building takes place in a dry way with a minimal amount of gray energy
- In a one-story house with a built-up area of 100 m2, the small thickness of the perimeter wall will save you 10.5 m2 compared to bricks, i.e. one room, and that is approx. CZK
- The buildings are very accurate, they do not require additional costs for finishing repairs
- The operating costs of the houses are minimal thanks to their excellent thermal technical properties
- It heats up quickly in winter and does not overheat in summer if the windows are properly shaded.
