We are the design office AR projekt, s.r.o., located at Hviezdoslavova 1183 / 29a in Brno Slatina. We have been providing our services for more than 20 years. We specialize in all types of design work, ie. we will prepare land plans, zoning studies, regulatory plans and, last but not least, a complete project of your construction. Our next activity is the introduction of geographic information systems. All this activity is performed by our design office using powerful computer technology.
We rely on good cooperation with clients, and therefore we are open to all stimulating proposals and requirements. All services are offered by our design office not only in the city of Brno, but also in the South Moravian, Moravian-Silesian, Zlín, Olomouc and Hradec Králové regions and in the Vysočina region.
Our activity:
- zoning plans, which we process for a number of cities and municipalities
- territorial studies, which are always based on the requirements of the contracting authority. A quality urban solution is important for us, therefore we process the initial proposals of the territorial study in several alternatives, so that the client can choose a specific variant
- design of buildings - we design both buildings and interiors of residential and civic buildings. We always respect the client's wishes and pay attention to the technical requirements for construction. We process the construction project from the architectural study to the zoning procedure and the building permit.
