The main activities of the company are the management and maintenance of real estate, real estate activities (sale of real estate, ensuring the transfer of cooperative apartments to personal ownership, etc.), engineering activities in capital construction, and production and distribution of thermal energy.
The administrative department is responsible for activities related to real estate management, the commercial department is responsible for activities related to the sale of apartments and non-residential premises, and possibly also their rentals, the investment department is responsible for activities related to investment construction, from project documentation to the implementation of the event, including approvals management.
Development activities are currently carried out by the investment section, which, among other things, provides activities connected with the preparation and implementation of development projects and provides comprehensive solutions in the areas of marketing and investor engineering activities in construction.
