This is also the main philosophy of S.H.INTEX s.r.o., to save its customers finances not only during construction, but mainly the costs of heating and operating the house.
From today's point of view, the future is uncertain and no one knows how the prices of the raw materials we use today to heat our homes will develop. When building their house, everyone should first and foremost address the question of how much their new house will cost them per month.
The main focus of S.H. INTEX s.r.o. is the construction of energy-efficient buildings, both low-energy and passive. For these buildings, it is necessary to eliminate thermal bridges and pay attention to details that are directly related to future heating costs. It is primarily about the responsibility of the craftsmen who carry out the construction itself and, of course, about their superior. We also offer our clients the possibility of economic assessment of the entire building and the impact of their requirements on future costs of operation of the entire house. Despite the fact that the current trend is to reduce the cost of housing, most catalog houses are still designed in the category of ordinary new construction, which can mean several times higher costs than a low-energy or passive house. For this reason, in 2010 we started to design our own type houses, mainly in low-energy and passive standards.
The company S.H.INTEX s.r.o. therefore, it primarily deals with the design and construction of its own low-energy and passive turnkey houses. We perform energy audits on all our projects, thanks to which they are all perfectly tuned in terms of thermal insulation.
We also supply all necessary technologies to our buildings, such as recuperation units and heat pumps, mostly air-to-air with complete distributions, which are thermally and sound-insulated. This prevents unwanted noise transmission between individual rooms and unnecessary heat loss in the attic of the bungalows. We mainly supply units from Atrea and Toshiba.
