- procurement of input data for building localization
- clarification of basic goals with the customer, e.g. on the basis of already prepared studies

- organization of the selection procedure for contractors of construction projects
2. Ensuring construction preparation in the zoning management phase
- preparation of documents attached to the proposal for the issuance of a zoning decision
- discussion of documentation with the concerned bodies and organizations during and at the end of the work
- discussion of documentation (construction assignment) with relevant authorities and organizations for the purpose of issuing a zoning decision
- drafting a proposal for the initiation of zoning proceedings and obtaining a valid zoning decision
3. Ensuring construction preparation in the construction management phase
- conclusion of the contract for the development of the project
- discussion of the project with the relevant authorities and organizations in order to issue a building permit
- drawing up a proposal for the initiation of building proceedings and obtaining a valid building permit
4. Tendering for construction contractors
- preparation of documents for tendering for construction contractors
- organization of the selection process for construction contractors incl. public business competition
- ensuring the finalization of the project for implementation, including the incorporation of building permit conditions into the project
5. Securing contractual relations for construction implementation
- evaluation of bids (competition proposals)
- conclusion of contracts with selected contractors (suppliers)
- securing an updated construction time schedule for the purpose of coordinating work and deliveries
- exercising rights from contractual relationships within the scope of the activity performed, including representation in disputes
6. Work connected with construction implementation
- performance of technical supervision of the investor to the extent according to Appendix No. 6 of the UNIKA Tariff
- updating contractual relations during implementation
- coordination of work and deliveries between direct contractors
- organizational security of the client's obligations during individual and comprehensive testing and participation in these tests
7. Work after completion of construction
- security of approval decision, or permission for early or temporary use of the building or part of it
- cooperation with the contracting authority in applying the requirements resulting from the approval procedure
- participation in test operation, cooperation with the operator during warranty tests
