Our construction company Josef Marek Děčín started its activities at the beginning of 1990. Over the years, we have developed our own construction of family houses using dry masonry technology (TZS) and we offer our customers buildings developed in this way and their construction using this technology. We already offer 18 constructions of family houses. The main structural parts for the rough construction of houses, in addition to the supply of TSZ blocks, are manufactured by our company itself according to its own documentation.
Today, there are many building materials on the market with which you can not only build a family house, but at the same time there are also very few materials with such low demands on easy assembly. Our company represents an exception on the market, which has a number of advantages over other masonry materials, not only for self-help construction, but also for the implementation of turnkey construction. It is a technology of dry masonry without the use of mortar or other connecting material. The blocks are placed dry on top of each other using locks. This allows for quick and easy installation. For self-help construction, we offer additional services and delivery of partial building materials. Otherwise, we also provide consulting services in the construction of houses and we can also provide the basic layout of the building and the foundation of the building.
For those who would not dare for self-help construction, we will ensure the turnkey construction of the building.
