The subject of activity of STAVINS s.r.o. is the design of buildings and engineering activities in capital construction (dealing with permits and building approvals, technical supervision of the builder, construction supervision, supervision) carried out by our own authorized engineers. STAVINS s.r.o. is the direct successor of the STAVINS association (1994 - 2004).
The main task is engineering and project work in the construction industry in its entirety, from ensuring the processing of construction specifications, the project for planning permission and all documents for construction in a given location, the processing of planning permission, through the development of project documentation for building permits, the processing of building permits, the development of project documentation for the implementation of the construction, ensuring the actual implementation of the construction, performing technical supervision from cooperation in the selection of the contractor through the handover of the construction site to the completion of the construction by the acceptance procedure, including the provision of project documentation of the actual state and successful approval of the construction, processing of approval approval, participation in test operation and in the removal of possible defects, unfinished business etc.
