Production and development of indoor and outdoor boxes for horses is engaged in the company Equicov Ltd., which can be found in Nova Ves near Trebic. In addition to the production of boxes, we also focus on the production and implementation of shelters, stables and pens for horses and other livestock.
Inner boxes
As part of the realization of inner boxes we will take care of their complete production, which includes both front and side walls. In this case, we provide the front walls in several versions, namely STANDARD, COMFORT, ECONOMY. All these front walls are available in different variants and dimensions depending on the customer's requirements. The door can then be combined with the head recesses or the opening part of the grilles, and the end walls can additionally be provided with a fixed or tilting trough opening. It is also important to mention that the ECONOMY fronts are made of thinner profiles and planks, and this variant is therefore suitable for calm and smaller horses or ponies.
The side walls can be made in many variants - the walls can be combined with gutter barriers in various designs, or the walls of these boxes are full with full timbering of many types of wood (eg oak, beech, spruce, pine, larch, ash, acacia and others) .
Outdoor boxes
Construction of outdoor boxes is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which is filled with wood or wood with thermal insulation in a folded panel system.These boxes are produced in standard measures 3x3m, but they can be made in dimensions on customer's request. we are also able to produce variants with saddle or storage space for feeding, which form a related part of the box.
Shelters
The shelter structures are also made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which is constructed in a folded panel system. We produce shelters in standard measures 3x3m, 3x6m, 3x9m, 6x6m.
Fences and fence systems
Equicov will also take care of the supply of pens and the entire turnkey fence systems. We provide consultations, 3D design and construction of fences using our own technology.
Equicov also deals with:
