The company BARD, s.r.o. was founded in 2006 for the purpose of research, development and in-house production of microbiological preparations. The manufactured products are based on the microbiological properties of the microorganism Pythium oligandrum to suppress fungal, bacterial and other problems in humans and animals. The company produces cosmetic preparations evaluated according to Annex I to Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC) No. 1223/2009 for human areas. It focuses on a range of products for the care of human skin, feet, hands, oral cavity, intimate hygiene and non-healing wounds. This evaluation is valid for the community of EU states. The company is the holder of the decision on the approval of veterinary preparations that focus on fungal and putrefactive diseases in animals.
