The main company of our company BAUTIN s.r.o. is the implementation of building construction. The company is authorized for the execution and design preparation of all building constructions and focuses mainly on "turnkey deliveries", ie. that in addition to the comprehensive implementation of the construction, we can also provide project preparation and building permits or notifications. Recently, we specialize mainly in the construction of houses, with which we have many years of experience. The aim is to make a family house according to a contract for work, which includes a bid budget. If there are no changes on the part of the client, the price of the work is final and unchanged according to the offer budget.
