The monument to Adolf Kašpar in Loštice is located in the house in which, from 1911 to 1932, Adolf Kašpar, a prominent Czech book illustrator and a native of Bludov, spent the summer with his family. He visited Loštice for the first time in 1910. He liked the local area, bought a plot of land in Loštice and had a house built there. In the sixties of the 20th century, the then National History Institute in Šumperk decided to establish an artist's memorial in Kašpar's house. Adaptation works at least partially returned the building to the character and atmosphere of the time in which Kašpar lived and created. Especially the equipment of the artist's studio brings the moment of his creation closer. With the help of the artist's family and friends, a collection of master's works was collected, which became the basis of a constantly replenished art collection, many of which visitors can see in the permanent exhibition dedicated to the master's work.
