RNDr. Jana Daňková offers massages, exercises (chi kung, yoga and others), constellations, consultations in Brno and online services.
I studied natural sciences. Then I was a full-time mother for a few years - and my children taught me what life really is... And their illnesses made me understand that if we don't take care of our own health, we won't be healthy. And so I'm trying to figure it out. I am still driven by the desire for knowledge and curiosity to find what makes us powerless and how to prevent it.
Massage:
I mainly perform intuitive massage, which is for the given problem and the given person. It is based on the techniques I went through and 25 years of massage practice.
Exercises:
The exercises are based on the principles of ancient Eastern teachings (yoga, taiji, chi-kung, Chinese medicine) and on modern harmonizing exercises (yengar yoga, exercises according to Moses, Feldenkreis method).
Constellation:
Constellations are suitable for anyone who needs to look at a problem of theirs and wants to solve it. The constellation will allow us to look into the situation, understand it, accept it and adopt a new attitude. Constellation is not therapy in the sense of Western medicine, but it gives us the possibility of a different approach to the problem, deeper self-knowledge and finding resources for our own solutions.
Consultation:
Trauma treatment, conversation, understanding, offering a different point of view, coaching.
Online services:
I run the Spa Club at DOMA, where there are regular online exercises, instructions for various therapies and my support. All in an online environment.
