We are mainly engaged in the production of semi-finished products for jewelry production, for luster production, buttons, rank markings for the Police, Army, Fire Rescue System, advertising products for companies and institutions, and we also offer orders, insignia, medals, badges, insignia, key chains, tie clips and the technical production of various parts for electronic sensors, markings, punches, etc. is also a considerable item.
We process materials - stainless steel, aluminum, brass, brass alloys, tombak, steel and also precious metals - gold and silver.
After the production of semi-finished products by casting, stamping or machining, we further refine and process the products. For example, grinding, polishing, tumbling, soldering, welding, scoring, beading, etc. with galvanic anodized surface treatment, sandblasting, and we also carry out finishing work such as painting, assembly, assembly and packaging.
Another technology we use is screen printing. We print on galvanically treated semi-finished products and cover the print with polyester - resin, against abrasion of the motif and fine-tuning the appearance. Badges, key chains, pocket signs and plaques are mainly produced with this technology.
