Spojmont Praha, a public company, was founded on June 27, 1990. As one of the first private companies, it started doing business in the field of telecommunications technology and low-current assembly. and installation of wire radio were the main content of the company's work in the first years of its existence. In the following years, the company significantly participated in the telephony of the Prague region with wireless telephone stations of the Hughes system and the extensive construction of an above-ground telecommunications network in the Mělník district.
