Conversion of diesel engines to gas, service of CKD engines Motor Syst, the Czech Republic

Motor System s.r.o. company was founded in 1996 in Hradec Kralove located on the east of Bohemia. Company workers use expert knowledge and long-time experience in the sphere of diesel and gas piston combustion engines obtained in CKD Motory. This branch forms also the main sight of our firm. In the concrete, we are in deal with original diesel engine modernization by conversion to dual fuel or pure gas operation, service of CKD combustion engines and specialized measurements on diesel and gas engines. In the case of dual fuel conversion, original diesel or HFO injection system stays in function to provide a minority ignition dose of liquid fuel. Majority amount of natural gas enters an engine by means of low pressure multi-point admission system. The simultaneous combustion of the both types of fuel then occurs in a combustion chamber. Original liquid fuel injector is replaced by the pre-chamber including spark plug in the case of pure gas conversion. Multi-point natural gas admission system is used here again. We are a holder of RER mark (Recognized Engine Retrofitter) of Woodward company, whose control system we use. We attend to various development, design and production activities from sphere of mechanical engineering also.
