Briefly about the activity:
I started my activity as a natural person in 2000, specializing in the implementation of professional technical supervision during construction activities.
Over time, I have expanded my activities and today, in addition to the above-mentioned expertise, I am able to offer other special supplies in the field of construction, such as engineering and project activities and the implementation of smaller scale constructions.
Specifically, the activity can be specified in the following points:
1) Engineering activity and technical supervision of the investor, health and safety coordinator
- Consultation with the investor in the framework of drawing up the investment plan and construction program, consulting activities and consultancy, or representation of the investor as part of the assignment and evaluation of the selection procedure for GP and GD construction incl. special subcontracts, provision of Zoning Decision and Building Permit, technical supervision of the investor during construction implementation incl. execution of the acceptance of the building and securing the approval decision. In addition, if the investor is interested, it is possible to process documents for the classification of the completed investment project into property. In the area of supervision of rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures and concrete works, we are able, based on many years of experience, to take over the individual sub-stages of the work and document their quality with relevant tests (reinforcement acceptance, mortar and concrete tests, adhesion of layers, reinforcement cover thickness, surface protection tests, etc.)
- On a larger scale, we carry out control measurements of the thicknesses of protective coating systems of PKO steel structures, incl. assessment of composition proposals and proposals for technological procedures. During the implementation of OK protective coating systems, we supervise the preparation of the substrate and the individual layers according to EN ISO 12 944. We carry out this activity in cooperation with the guarantor, the company Koncept CB, as well as the construction survey described below.
- In cooperation with workers with professional qualifications, we also ensure the performance of the function of health and safety coordinator for investors.
2) Diagnostic survey – services in the field of construction technical survey of buildings and diagnostics.
- Our activity is dominated by diagnostics of reinforced concrete structures. The evaluation is based on parameters such as: degree of deformation, degradation of surface layers and cover of fittings, depth of carbonation, loss of reinforcement profile, current compressive strength of concrete, etc. If necessary, we carry out tests on core boreholes, necessary to determine the degree of contamination by aggressive substances (e.g. . chlorides) and other necessary analyzes to determine the static state of the structure. For steel structures, we focus on assessing the degree of corrosion attack and degradation of surface protection systems.
3) Project activity
- In the field of building construction, I focus on the design of new buildings and reconstructions of smaller civil and residential buildings, incl. special professions and all relevant engineering activities.
4) Execution of constructions
In the case of construction, our current intention is to deliver complete deliveries of smaller building units, or special technologies.
