The company ISMM & EGAS s.r.o. specializes in CNC and NC machining, welding, production, welding of wagon components and parts, supporting elements for platforms, boarding grids, gearboxes, welding of parts and machine components of agricultural technology and automotive.
ISMM & EGAS Ltd. has its headquarters and business premises in Pustějov. We have seven welding workplaces which enable us to weld steel structures and parts of rail vehicles in a protective atmosphere of CO2 in accordance with ČSN EN 15085-2.
We are capable of handling, machining and assembling components up to 3.5 tonnes thanks to our manufacturing and technological equipment.

Our technological department enables us to work with design and production documentation in CAD 2D and 3D format, but we are also able to work with classical paper documentation.
We have comprehensive technological equipment
- NC machine tools are equipped with the LIMAT MAXI 2 and MAXI 3 digital encoders
- welding workplace - machines of Fronius variosinergi 4000, trans steel 5000 and Kühtreiber KIT 285 machines
- we own a range of hand-held machine tools and handling equipment with an emphasis on ensuring the production of wagon components and parts of public transport vehicles
