Quality material for the furniture industry is supplied and processed by VAREX CZECH, s.r.o. from Polna in the Czech Republic, which is part of the EU. We are engaged in small-series and large-scale production, CNC machine formatting of parts, which we supply to various manufacturers. We process MDF, HDF, DTD, laminated boards and other material.
Our range of goods consists of edges (thermoplastic, laminate, rebate, veneered, Exwood made of wood fibers), laminating and wrapping foils in various decors and colors, designed for moldings, chipboards and door frames. For some types of edges, we provide the option of an exclusive collection and with a delivery time of up to 24 hours.
We also supply adhesives (dispersion, hot melt, for 3D technologies, special, flat, laminating), varnishes (water-soluble, polyurethane, nitro, acid-curing, UV), stains, mordants, anti-stretch foils against natural nozzles.
At the customer's request, we print the foils with a logo and format them to the required dimensions. For manual or machine cleaning are suitable high-quality separation and cleaning agents, such as LCM products.
We format and glue furniture parts and boards (DTF, MDF, laminated, HDF) on a modern Homag Holzma device. In case of interest, we will supply surface materials from us. Among other things, we bend laminated boards with ABS edges.
