Private secondary vocational school ATHOZ spol. s ro, based in Prague, has been teaching pupils in the field of chef / waiter since 1994, based on the decision of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, which is included in the network of schools and school facilities as an organization and is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague.
The field of study - Chef - Waiter (Waitress) is an education with an apprenticeship certificate intended for pupils in the 9th grade of elementary school. However, pupils who have completed compulsory schooling in the lower than 9th grade of primary school may also be admitted.
The field of study is designed for both boys and girls. The duration is 3 years and the field is completed by passing the final exam.
The three-year field of study chef - waiter (waitress) is conceived homogeneously as a universal field of professional training for the entire section of gastronomy. The focus is on the acquisition of appropriate professional skills and habits, but with a general overview of the entire area of catering and with the basic prerequisites for performing business activities in the field.
