The company MERKUR POLICE o.p.s. operated by the MERKUR Kit Museum, which maps the history of the Merkur kit to the present. Here you can see the oldest Mercury kits dating from 1920, as well as steam engines and electric trains, the Eiffel Tower, historical props, tracks or train sets. The popular kit consists of metal parts, which are connected by screws and nuts, bringing the real construction closer and offers children opportunities for play and creative work.
The biggest rarity of our museum is undoubtedly the building, which is also entered in the Guinness Book of Records, it is the Steel City, inspired by a novel by Jules Verne. The individual exhibition halls show the development and history of the well-known kit. Not only children but also adults will also enjoy our play area, which is part of the museum.
