Provides:
- institutional and educational care for children whose development is threatened by an unsuitable home environment or cannot be provided with care in their own family for health or social reasons, or alternative family care, usually from birth to 3 years of age,
- protection and assistance in a facility for children requiring immediate assistance for children under the age of twelve who have found themselves without any care or if their lives or favorable development are seriously threatened, or if children have found themselves without care appropriate to their age, if children who have been physically or mentally abused or abused, or about children who have found themselves in an environment or situation. when their human rights are seriously threatened,
- accommodation for women during pregnancy, if their health is at risk due to adverse life circumstances,
- socio-legal advisory assistance to parents, other persons responsible for their child's upbringing or persons suitable to become adopters or foster parents in solving educational or other problems related to the care of a child.
